Partnering with Adidas Global Design to envision something new is no easy feat - a team with their eye on the innovation ball, globally. Adidas invited LAB to collaborate with the team to explore innovative retail possibilities, collect insight and help define the teams' role in shaping the sustainable future of retail within Adidas while reviewing current approaches and generating fresh experiments in sustainable design.

Insight for Innovation
We connected the team with experts, toured edgy retail, and sampled London’s cleanest air in the newest Stella McCartney store. We spoke with a game designer about engagement over dinner, and during an energising and at times exhausting workshop we supported the team to define a vision, identify their role in championing sustainable design, discuss challenges and initial projects to kick of the retail revolution.
